I can't find the software I downloaded, Where is it ?
It's either in the folder C:/program files/phoenXsoftware

I can't add LP with duelpro 2006 or 2006.2, what should I do?
Just type a '+' sign before the amount you want add. for example : +500 if you want to deduct you have to set it back to deduct by typing '-' before the amount you want to deduct. for example : -500
A button isn't working in an application, what should I do ?
Just click on the button a little longer or try a double click, if it's in duelpro 2006.1, check that the time counter is paused or off before you click on the menu.
Why aren't there any puf's available anymore ?
Puf's where to difficult to work with and could only change the buttons positions.
How does 36-image converter work ?
Use the map button to open and select a file, if the file is to big for the converters window only the piece
you see will be converted. Use the first button to open a save dialog and save it with the extension that you want. Note that it will only convert the extension. For more help press F1 or the ?-Button.
My FileTorment Suite 2006 has texts that are missing, what can I do?
Just restart your FileTorment and this problem must be gone.
When I try to use the clean tool of the filetorment suite black-dos screens pop up, is this normal?
This is very normal, Filetorment suite loads
batch-files to clean every folder, if you use it for the first time, these screens stay a while because they have much files to wipe, when you do this on regular base the black screens only stay +-3seconds and disappear again.
The clean function of filetorment suite deletes information and settings of some applications, how can I solve this?
You could delete the 'temp.bat' file in 'C:\Program Files\FileTorment Suite 2006\bat-procedures', but when you do this the optimal protection of the clean tool is gone, we are currently working on a registered users update that solves this problem.
